TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Pitch Session (“Pitch Session" or “event”), hosted by Gleam Communications, Inc. and/or Gleam Network Club ("GCI," “GNC”, "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern participation in all GNC Pitch Session events, including but not limited to attendees, guest panelists, and individuals presenting their business pitches. By registering for or participating in this event, you ("Participant", “Attendee”,  “Panelist”, or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement").

In addition to these event-specific terms, all participants are also subject to the general Gleam Communications Inc. Terms of Use. Please review them carefully.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register or attend the Pitch Session.

2. Recording & Content Use

By attending or participating, you consent to the recording of this session. GCI reserves the right to use event footage, clips, and transcripts for member education, marketing, and promotional materials. No participant may record, distribute, or use event content without prior written permission.

3. No Investment or Financial Guarantee

GCI, the panelists, and investors are not obligated to offer investment, partnership, or financial support to any participant. The event is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Participants should conduct their own due diligence before making any business decisions.

4. Pitch Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

While GCI does not claim ownership of any pitches or intellectual property presented, we cannot guarantee confidentiality as this is a public event. Founders should only share information they are comfortable making public. Attendees and panelists agree not to misappropriate or misuse any proprietary information shared during the session.

5. Panelist Participation Terms

Guest panelists acknowledge that their participation is voluntary and does not constitute an endorsement or financial commitment. Panelists agree to offer feedback in good faith but do not provide legal, financial, or investment guarantees.

6. Attendee Terms & Conduct Rules

All attendees agree to maintain a professional and respectful environment. Unauthorized solicitation, self-promotion, or distribution of materials is prohibited. GCI reserves the right to remove any attendee violating these terms.

7️. Refunds & VIP Upgrades

VIP upgrades for event replays are non-refundable unless technical issues prevent access. GCI reserves the right to decline event registration at its discretion.

8. Liability Waiver

Participants acknowledge that GCI is not responsible for any business outcomes resulting from this event. All decisions, financial or otherwise, are made at the participant’s own discretion. GCI is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses incurred.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By attending or participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. GCI reserves the right to update these terms as necessary.
